The key to receiving these benefits is your mind; how you approach your yoga practice. Where you place your focus moment-to-moment as you are doing the movements. The information Christina will share with you, comes from her own training with Bikram Choudhury and a number of mentors and teachers who have been teaching for over 20 years, as well as her own personal practice of more than 18 years.
