Serena Davis

I have been practicing yoga for seven and a half years. I graduated teacher training in January 2020 from Sterling Hot Yoga. I was introduced to yoga at a difficult time in life. Soon after starting my practice, I began to use the yoga as a mental weapon to fight through life’s challenges and it worked. After discovering this, I wanted to become a yoga teacher to share with others the amazing benefits of this practice.

I love teaching yoga because change is created in every individual right before my eyes. My favorite posture is bow pose. I love this posture because it’s simply beautiful. I feel it exhibits one’s determination. Yoga has benefited me physically and mentally. It is a space for me to focus on
self and push out things that don’t serve me.
