Paulette is a seasoned healthcare professional with a 43 year career in the nursing industry. In 2010 she obtained her certification as a Bikram Hot Yoga instructor and believes this yoga instructor and believes this yoga practice is one of many prescriptions for better health without pharmaceutical medications.
