Hey! I am Aurelia. I found Bikram yoga when I was playing women’s pro football. Our coaches required us to take classes so we would be acclimated to the Texas heat for our practices. It was never my intention to become an instructor, but I am thankful that God opened that door! I love all those that I have the pleasure of teaching.

Out of the hot room, I am a wife, graphic designer, foster mom to therapeutic teen boys and dog mom. My husband and I like to have adventures around the world that involve hiking and scuba diving but a chill weekend at the lake or land is just as good! I am laid back and just want to enjoy peace family, friends and dogs.
