Some of you have already heard the news in class Thursday night or Friday morning! After much thought, prayer and contemplation, effective on our 4 year anniversary, this Saturday July 1st, 2023, our studio has changed our schedule to 90 minute Original Bikram classes. We will still keep our 5 Pilates classes which are popular and 2 Yin classes that were recently added. However, to bring true health, healing and the transformation we want to see for our students and community, I feel it is critical to be a leader in the Metroplex and our industry to offer the true healing of the 90 minute classes. Let’s share this truly amazing series with everyone!
